HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?
The T-Shirt unisex style is pretty standard in sizing, so whatever size you normally wear is a good bet. The T-Shirt style is a men's/unisex cut, so it runs closely to men's sizing. The fitted women's T-shirts and the women's tank top styles runs a little on the small side. Ordering up a size isn't a bad idea to account for the size difference. The Hoodies run true to standard sizes. Most of our shirts are made of preshrunk cotton. More info can be found on our clothing specifications page. There still is a bit of shrinking after washing (just not as much as regular cotton). Even so, it is best to wash the shirts in cool water and dry them on low heat to preserve the size and print.

Please check the size chart, available on every product page, and compare with a current shirt you own and like. This is the best way to make sure you will receive a size that works for you. When doing these measurements, please account for about an inch of shrinking in each direction, if you put your shirts in the dryer.

WHEN WILL MY CLOTHING ORDER SHIP?
Most of our clothing is made to order using direct-to-garment technology. This means that there is generally about a 2-4 day period from the time your order is placed until we freshly print your items and then ship them out. We can't guarantee this time frame, but it is what we constantly strive for so that you can get your order as soon as possible! Once it is shipped you will be receive an e-mail with tracking information.

HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING WORK FOR CLOTHES?
Domestic clothing orders take 5-14 days for delivery (depending on your shipping choice) and international orders take around 2-6 weeks. Our premium shipping (for domestic orders) is processed quicker to grantee quicker shipping times. Once the order is processed and shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

CAN I GET EXPEDITED SHIPPING ON MY CLOTHES?
For domestic (US) clothing orders, we do offer a premium shipping option. These orders are proccessed quicker so you can recieve your clothes quicker. This delivery/shipping option can be selected at checkout.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS THE SITE SECURE?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider, and they are as secure as you can get.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I TYPED MY ADDRESS IN WRONG?
For our clothing orders; If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an email (orders@cart-support.com) and we'll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don't catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. If you are having mail forwarded to a new address, please don't send the order to the old address. The packages are not guaranteed to be forwarded.
If the package is returned to us because of a wrong address or because the package was unclaimed, we can resend it to your confirmed correct address but there may be a small fee.

CAN I EDIT AN EXISTING CLOTHING ORDER I JUST PLACED?
We can usually adjust an order up to 3 hours after it has been placed. You may send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to orders@cart-support.com. Someone will generally get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY CLOTHING ORDER?
Since we are mostly a direct-to-garment company, we custom print each shirt based on your order. Because of this, once you place an order it goes right to our production queue and our team gets started printing your items. If you email us at orders@cart-suport.com within 3 hours of placing your order there may be a chance we can cancel it. Be sure to include you order number, name, date of order, and the change needed.

MY SHIRT DIDN'T FIT. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT?
Of course you can! We've got a 10 day return/exchange policy for shirts that don't fit that starts counting down the day you receive the shirt in the mail (based on tracking). We are happy to help you make an exchange if the shirt doesn't fit. The only exceptions are for clearance shirts and imperfection sales. For those two categories, no returns or exchanges are accepted. For all exchanges related to the clothing not fitting please e-mail orders@cart-support.com

THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY SHIRT OR ITEM, CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT?
Of course! Dealing with exchanges and returns can be a bummer. We will work with you to make the process as easy as possible. We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on any item that has any type of quality issue. The 30 days starts counting down the day you receive theĀ item in the mail (based on tracking). We only ask that you send a detailed picture and description of the item and it's issue to us so that we can clearly identify the problem and help to prevent it in the future. HOW COME THE COUPON I FOUND ON ANOTHER SITE DOESN'T WORK?
If you've found a coupon code on a site other than ours, most likely it's fake. The only place we list our coupons is through our email newsletter. Join the newsletter to get access to the newest products and deals.
