Our mission here at Guitar Thread is to provide quality products and quality service. If you are for any reason not satisfied with the quality of your items or of your service here at Guitar Thread please message or e-mail us by visiting our Contact Us page. We will work closely with you to help fix any concerns you have with your order to our best ability. If you still feel you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or our service you may begin a return/exchange. Any e-mail or message received requesting a return or exchange should be dated no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We require that all emails and messages contain the order number and if the return/exchange is due to a quality issue that you send pictures and descriptions detailing the issue. A specific return address will be provided in response to your email or message. Excluding returns due to product quality issues, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will not be able to refund initial shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged. or there is other quality issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ExchangePlease@GuitarThread.com

If the item is not being returned due to a quality issues you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
