We offer a 90 day warranty and replacement on all of our jewelry and products. We stand behind our products and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your Guitar Thread purchase!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please submit a photo to RockOn@guitarthread.com prior to submitting a warranty claim on our website. This will help us to link both the product and the warranty request form to ensure a seamless transaction in getting your product either refunded or replaced.

To submit a claim, please follow these simple steps to submit your warranty request.

1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page HERE.

2. Type in your name and the email address associated with that product. Add a note about the reason for the return. Press Send.
